Serbia Film Commission to Participate in Cineposium International Conference, October 31 - November 3, 2009 in Universal City, California
We are pleased to announce the participation of the Serbia Film Commission in the Cineposium International Conference, an annual industry gathering organized by the Association of Film Commissioners International (AFCI). The event will be the first opportunity for the recently established Serbia Film Commission to interact with film commissioners from across the globe and actively prepare for AFCI membership.
The Serbia Film Commission was founded by 15 film industry representatives with support from the USAID Competitiveness Project. The Commission’s principal aim is to harness all film related activities, promote Serbia as a cost effective film location and provide support to foreign film production in Serbia. Together with our private and public sector partners, we are dedicated to fostering a film friendly environment, expanding the film location database and deepening the knowledge and entrepreneurship base in the industry.
