Serbia Film Commission attends Locations Expo 2011 and Produced by Conference in Disney Studios

Belgrade 25th - After a sucessful week of meetings at the Cannes Film Festival, the Serbian Film Commission is heading to AFCI Locations Expo (organized in conjuction with PGA Produced by Conference and hosted by the Walt Disney Studios, Burbank, LA) from June 3rd to 5th. We would like to invite all production companies, film and TV executives attending this event to visit us at Mickey Avenue, stand #318/320 and meet with our representatives who will be happy to discuss the availability of cost effective locations and service companies in film production, TV and advertising, as well as the studio and postproduction facilities that Serbia has to offer. The new film incentives program offers a 15% cash rebate which makes Serbia an even more compelling location for international productions. And Serbia is not just competitive in terms of production costs: we offer a strong talent pool and a highly professional service. The New Capital of Cool, a title given to Belgrade by the Lonely Planet guide, is an additional attraction to an environment which is fun to work and live in.

The SFC team will also be attending the AFCI reception and events organised by AFCI and the Produced by conference. We’re excited to announce that Film in Serbia brand is in the running for the AFCI marketing award and our operations manager, Milica Bozanic, has applied for the Dancy Jones Scholarship for the next Cineposium.
