The College of Fine and Applied Arts is the only state institution of vocational studies in the field of arts in Serbia and this has been the case for almost three decades. There are three study programs: Interior design, Graphic design and Image media in which students develop theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and competences, attitudes and artistic sensibility necessary for individual inclusion in the working process. The College has participated in the programme of Smart Specialization, group for Creative Industries mentored by Milica Božanić, SFC executive director, together with many Serbia Film Commission members.

Crater Training center is a branch of one of the most successful regional studios for the development of visual effects for film and television - Crater Studio. They offer graduates the necessary experience to create visual effects of the highest quality while fulfilling the highest professional standards, ensuring they're ready to compete in the global market and create world-class visual effects. Learning and perfecting skills in visual effects offers those interested practical, applicable knowledge and the opportunity of an inside look into the profession as well as the chance to learn to specialize, integrate and communicate in a professional environment. Since 2017, SFC and Crater Training Center, together with VFX Serbia, are successfully organizing CGA Belgrade Conference of Computer Graphics and Arts.

Escape Studios is a visual effects academy situated in High Holborn, London, offering short courses and degrees at undergraduate and postgraduate level, primary in Visual Effects (VFX), Game Art and Animation, with short courses available in Motion Graphics. Since the foundation of Escape Studios in 2002, more than 4,000 students have passed through its doors, moving into jobs in the animation and visual effects industries. In October 2013 Escape Studios was acquired by Pearson plc. Its industry partners include Framestore, The Mill, MPC, Electric Theatre Collective, Jellyfish Pictures, Bluebolt, Cinesite, DNeg and Milk. In 2012 Escape Studios launched the first VFX Festival in London, in partnership with MPC, Framestore and Cinesite.

Faculty of Economics is leading school of economics, business and statistics in South-East Europe, internationally recognized, incubator for student employment, collaborative environment open to knowledge transfer, research, innovation and entrepreneurship, business and state advisor, socially responsible partner that fosters general welfare. Serbia Film Commission together with the Faculty of Economics conducted an Analysis of the Economic Effects of the Incentives for Investment in Audiovisual Production under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy in support to production of film, TV series and commercials. The analysis, done in common global methodology framework, was first in Serbian practice, giving an overview of the full effectiveness of incentives from their introduction in 2016 till present.

The Faculty of Dramatic Arts (FDU) is a leading academic institution of higher education in theatre, film, radio and television in Serbia and an active member of CILECT, the association of the world's major film and television schools. The structure of the faculty is flexible in adapting to new trends and developments, while at the same time maintaining consistency in fostering and nurturing well-established values. The Serbia Film Commission frequently partners with FDU in exposing students to the professional opportunities of the sector, notably by hosting workshops and master classes with visiting Directors and Producers.

Film center Serbia is a governmental institution of national importance that provides professional assistance to filmmakers. It organizes competitions for financing and co-financing of preparation, development, production, distribution and display of national films and minority co-productions. FCS develops cooperative efforts with kindred institutions abroad, such as foundations, festivals, markets, promoters, film buyers and reputable associations and individuals. Supports and organizes festivals, promotions, conferences, publications and thematic cycles dedicated to promoting Serbian films at international festivals and other similar manifestations.

NALED is the only business association bringing together representatives of all three sectors of the society - companies, municipalities and NGOs, who work together on improving the conditions for local economic development and doing business in Serbia. Since it was established (2006), NALED has brought together more than 160 members, implemented various projects establishing the Buisiness Friendly Certificate as one of the ground breaking public private platforms in Serbia. NALED’s expertise was crucial partner in establishment of the Film Friendly Program and certificate.

National tourism organisation of Serbia activities focus on positioning Serbian tourism on the domestic and international markets and evaluating the comparative advantages of Serbia with respect to tourism, such as the country’s geographical location and historical, cultural and natural identity.
In order to implement tourism information and marketing activities in an original way, to ensure that Serbia is included on European travel itineraries and to consolidate bilateral cooperation in the field of tourism development, National tourism organisation of Serbia attends all large international tourism fairs and cooperates with other national tourism organizations, as well as with other international, regional and professional tourism associations.

National tourism organisation of Serbia works on improving Serbia’s range of tourism programming

Besides global activities, National tourism organisation of Serbia, in cooperation with town, municipal and other tourism organizations, works on improving Serbia’s range of tourism programming, developing a positive public attitude towards Serbian tourism and encouraging the local population to visit tourist destinations in Serbia. In doing so it lays the groundwork for guiding and encouraging the growth of tourism as part of Serbia’s social and economic development.

The Serbia Convention Bureau (SCB) was established in May of 2007 as a department of the National Tourism Organization. Its aim is to enhance Serbia’s image and to develop a convention industry that is widely recognized for its high quality products and services. With its strong Partnership program that includes around 50 industry partners and successful examples of promoting the country at major global convention tourism events, SCB has established leadership role in the entire region. Working together on the promotion of the destination, the development of capacity and the quality of support services such as hotels and car hire, and ensuring the consistency of the Serbian Brand, there are numerous, invaluable synergies between SCB and the Serbia Film Commission.

Serbia Creates is a new way of positioning Serbia locally and internationally in ways that affirm the country’s contemporary characteristics of creativity, innovation, and originality. The Serbia Create concept positively affirms the importance of the creative industries and the knowledge-based economy to Serbia. It addresses how to improve the legal and business environment in order to support innovation and creativity, and it encourages the application of innovative thinking across all levels of society and business. Serbia Creates supports new ways to connect Serbian creatives with their international counterparts, and the marketing of the programme focuses primarily on Creative Ambassadors - exceptional individuals and initiatives that inspire globally through their significant accomplishments. Serbia Creates is part of a wider initiative by RS Prime Minister Ana Brnabić. It was developed by the Council for Creative Industries in direct cooperation with artists and innovators, as well as the creative sector in general.

SERBIAN ASSOCIATION OF CINEMATOGRAPHERS is a non-profit, artistic, professional and educational association which brings together leading directors of photography in Serbia. The objectives of the Association are to promote the artistic creation, expansion of the culture of visual communication and improvement of the environment and professional standards in which the Serbian film industry creates. The SAS is member of IMAGO, European Federation of Directors of Photography.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia is independent, modern and responsible non-budget institution, the national association of all Serbian businesses which its tradition, experience, knowledge and expertise put in the best interest of its members and the economy of Serbia. To establish Serbia as a country recognizable by its investment potential, market economy and open borders, a country prepared to be competitively integrated into the European mainstream, represents our fundamental interest.
A century and a half long tradition of the chamber system of Serbia and widely spread chamber network encompassing sixteen Regional Chamber of Commerce, two Provincial Chambers, Belgrade Chamber of Commerce and Industry and nine representative offices abroad are the guarantee for the effective application of all mechanisms of support to the economy and the business community.

Since its foundation in 1953, the main aim of ULUPUDS (Association of Applied Arts Artists and Designers of Serbia) has been to contribute to the establishment and development of all the branches of applied art and design. Today ULUPUDS boasts 1700 members and among 9 sections includes prominent film related artists such as production and costume designers. Serbian Art Departments add tremendous value to any production, and therefore ULUPUDS is a natural partner for the Serbia Film Commission.

VFX Serbia is a group with a goal to showcase work from different areas of video and film postprpduction and visual effects including editing, animation, special effects, 3D, visual effects, compositing, color grading, fluids, simulations etc...

Main goal of this VFX Serbia is to promote work and talent of people of Serbia in above stated fields.

Yugoslav Film Archive collects, arranges and preserves films, as well as other materials  from the history of this art and it is one of the five most important film archives in the world. The new building of the Yugoslav Archive was officially opened in 2011 and its beautiful interior hosts film projections, exhibitions, conferences and many other cultural events. The total fund has more than 100,000 copies. Since 1951, the Archive has become a regular member of the International Federation of Film Archives (FIAF). Yugoslav Film Archive is a host of one of the most important event of Serbia Film Commission – CGA Belgrade Conference.
