Building in Smiljanićeva Street dates from 1933, it has 5 floors, a garage and it’s still in the last phase of re-construction. Main entrance of this 1000m2 cultural monument, as well as spacious wrought iron terraces, are pretty impressive, while apartments are adaptable to different needs.
