This unique villa is an architectural masterpiece of about 300 sqm designed by famous Serbian architect, professor and academician Ivan Antić in 1970-s as his own countryside retreat only 38 km from downtown Belgrade. The house, well hidden from the eyes of public, is set in a carefully designed and maintained landscape garden of about 1.5 ha including pond, wood and a 100 m driveway from the main of two gates to the villa with its parking and auxiliary building. The house itself is spread over three levels: basement used for technical and storage space; ground floor hosting kitchen, bathroom, office and a huge living space with a fireplace; and the first floor comprising three bedrooms and another bathroom. The house is an interpretation of traditional Serbian rural house with all the amenities of a modern house, it boosts lots of natural light, wood beams and floors, brick and stone walls.
