Experience

After graduating from the London Film school in UK (1995) Rajko Radović enrolled a one-year course for film and TV directing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts (FDU, Belgrade, 1991).

Rajko worked for the NFB in Montreal, Canada. His documentary about Holocaust survivor Arthur Ney from Warsaw ghetto “Walled memories” (aka My friend, Arthur Ney) was awarded Canada Council emerging artist award in 2005. Simultaneously, he collaborated with Micheline Lanctot at “Stop film”, Montreal, production company.

He additionally collaborated as a scriptwriter on a number short feature film scenarios with the screenplay writer Aleksandar Radivojević (A Serbian Film) between 2014 – 2018.

His most recent foray into scriptwriting and directing, a short dystopian love story “Last Day on Earth“ ( 2023) , partially produced by Waveform 10 DOO from Belgrade, has been selected into official selection at 15 film festivals worldwide.

 For the same film Rajko Radovic won an award for his direction at the Festival of Serbian Fantastic Film ( FSFF) in 2023.
