The Family Cottage is a unique project built by the Grujičič family. It is situated in a quiet area of Baćevac village within only 30 km away from Belgrade. It is surrounded by a large, green yard and a 500 square metres garden with a fence. The residential area of 200 square metres is on 2000 square metres of land, consisting of a ground floor (130m2) and first floor (70m2). The ground floor has a 6 metres height comfortable and bright living room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen, toalet, two halls and a balcony overlooking the yard and a boiler room with a separate entrance. The ground floor has two separate entrances. The first floor consists of a gallery with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is air conditioned and has floor heating, video surveillance and a complete infrastrukture: water, electricity, internet and cable TV. The paved road leads to the house. The yard has a car entrance, 8×5 metres in ground brick pool and the 40 square metres wooden pergola.
